The booking period for Pi-EV 2024 Q&A sessions is open from May 22 at 10 AM IST to May 24 at 11:59 PM IST. These sessions will be conducted online via Zoom.
Required Slots:
Each team has to book three slots, one for each of the following:

You can use the following Slot selection guide to assist you with booking a slot.
Important Details:
- The Team Management Strategy and Procurement Strategy Q&A sessions are 35 minutes each.
- The Engineering Design Q&A session is 45 minutes.
Viewing Slots:
- Available / Booked Slots: On the Pi-EV Page > Under Action Deadlines Table > Q&A Session Slot Signups > Available / Booked Slots.
Please note that once slots are booked, they cannot be changed. Slot selection is on a first-come, first-served basis. Ideally, the Registered Team Captain should handle the slot selection. If unavailable, a designated team member can do so.
Within 48 hours of signing up, your scheduled booking will be displayed on the Pi-EV webpage under Action Deadlines > Q&A Session Slot Sign-ups > Available / Booked Slots.
