Armatrix Automations is a deep-tech inspection and maintenance robotics company building India’s first specialized snake-like robotic arms. Our robotic arm specializes in automating complex, hazardous offering advanced solutions for hard-to-reach areas in high-value machinery. By targeting an underserved market, we aim to reduce operational costs and enhance efficiency through cutting-edge robotic technology.
India does not build airplanes. Aspera exists to change that. We are building India’s first aircraft OEM, starting with autonomous, amphibious cargo aircraft in the 5–10 tonne capacity. We’re solving the self-driving car problem for airplanes—beginning with cargo, where iteration is faster and the path to scale is clearer. Our first aircraft will take off from water, land on water, and cross seas carrying cargo. Think warehouse-to-port, port-to-island, faster and more frequent than boats ever could be. We start on water to prove reliability and unit economics, then expand to land with the same autonomy stack. We’re starting by retrofitting an existing aircraft to fly autonomously. Proof that we can make a 30-foot wingspan aircraft fly without a human in the loop. In parallel, we’re designing our first production aircraft from scratch (MTOW 2.6 tonnes).

Naxatra Labs Private Limited is a technology-driven company working on the design and development of electric motors and motor controllers for electric vehicle and industrial applications. Founded in December 2021, Naxatra has its corporate office in Gurugram and a production and technology facility in Ahmedabad. The company follows a fully in-house model, handling everything from concept design and engineering to manufacturing and testing, ensuring high performance, reliability, and rapid innovation. Rapture Innovation Labs (Brand: Sonic Lamb) is India’s first deeptech audio startup, with our world’s first and patented technology that use direct transmission of sound to emulate subwoofers, allowing users to not just hear music but truly FEEL it through their body for a life-like immersive audio experience. This technology has several potential across sectors. We’ve successfully commercialized it in our own brand with Sonic Lamb—the world’s first headphones with integrated subwoofers. Tested in Denmark and shipped to over 4000+ customers across 40+ countries, Sonic Lamb is rated to deliver a novel audio experience by reputed international and Indian tech publications as well as winners of key product awards.
