Formula Bharat is an engineering design competition in which student teams from post-secondary institutions compete with a life-size, Formula-style vehicle in areas such as engineering design, cost, business logic, and on-track dynamic performance. Responsibilities:
Ground Volunteers are the core support of the competition. These individuals are multi-tasked with assignments focussing on various aspects of the event.
The role will be to assist the department lead you are assigned to. You will be involved in:
- Venue setup and tear-down
- Registration and Event Control support
- Queuing / Line-up support
- Other runner duties
Requirements:
- Pass Online Assessment in November 2024
- Enthusiasm and commitment towards safety is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Past safety leadership training within an automotive environment an asset.
- Knowledge on how to use a fire-extinguisher an asset.
- Past Formula Student experience is an asset.

- An e-certificate and official merchandise will be provided on completion of the entire role.
