Kindly note:
- Each team is supposed to book 1 slot within their category (Combustion / Electric) for the Cost and Manufacturing Q&A.
- These sessions will be held online via Zoom.

You can use the following Slot Booking guide to assist you with the process of booking slots.
Note:
- This slot selection process is based on first-come-first-serve.
- Do not forget to mention your Car Number and Team Name when booking your slot.
- It is ideal that the Registered Team Captain follows the process for the slot selection. If the Team Captain is not available, then a designated team member can follow the process.
- Once you have signed up for your slots, within 24 hours, your scheduled booking will be displayed on the Deadlines Page > Action Deadlines > Slot Booking Cost > Available / Booked Slots.
